Food & Wine
Sicily is sometimes nicknamed God’s Kitchen because of its long history of producing a variety of cuisines with ingredients rich in taste while remaining affordable to its people. Fresh local ingredients are bought at the local market and are key to any Sicilian dish. You’ll only find what’s in season and locally grown. Sicily is best known for its pasta, bread, cheese, desserts, citrus fruits, wine and much more.
